How US Work Visas

Immigrating to the United States may require you to deal with three (3) independent Federal Government Agencies. Often there is little communication between these Agencies. To compound matters, the United States Immigration Laws are frequently changing. This process can be overwhelming and confusing for someone without the services of the Law Offices of Spar and Bernstein. Before immigrating to the United States, it is important to understand how United States visas work.

A Visa is a passport stamp issued by the United States Government. United States Visas allow individuals to enter the United States to reside permanently, or temporarily. There are two types of visas:

  • US Immigrant Visas
  • US Non-Immigrant Visas
